Because it Takes a Village

A project of this size, takes a lot of time, effort and money. In order to fulfill our vision, it will take many thousands of volunteer hours, expertise from numerous professionals, and considerable funds. We are seeking the bulk of funding from public sources, but unfortunately, they won’t cover everything.

We will need to raise funds privately for project components that won’t be covered by public funds. In addition to core project costs, this may include such amenities as infrastructure for solar energy, a dual water system, or electric vehicle charging, as well as things like children’s play equipment, bike share, car share, and society costs.

We are also a registered charity with Canada Revenue Agency.

We can offer tax receipts for Donations.
